UNCLE ELDERBERRY
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml of Mezcal Viviente Blend
- 10 ml Tío Pepe
- 10 ml elderberry syrup
- 10 ml simple syrup
- Martini glass
- Edible flower for decoration
PROCEDURE
Add ice to the glass and chill.
Inside a shaker, combine all the ingredients and apply the mixing technique for 15 seconds.
Pour into the glass without ice.
Decorate with an edible flower.
CUCUMBER FRESH
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml of Mezcal Viviente Blend
- 50 gr cucumber
- 30 ml agave honey
- 25 ml lime juice
- Light beer
- Cucumber slices and mint for decoration
PROCEDURE
Add ice to the glass.
Inside the shaker, add cucumber slices, agave honey, and lime. Using a muddler, extract the cucumber juice and oils from the peel.
Add mezcal, ice, and shake.
Pour into the glass with ice and top with light beer.
Decorate with cucumber slices and mint.
MEXICAN COSMO
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml of Mezcal Viviente Cupreata
- 30 ml cranberry juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 20 ml triple sec
- 10 ml lime juice
- Dehydrated lime for decoration
- Orange juice
PROCEDURE
Add ice to the glass to chill.
Inside the shaker, add all the ingredients and shake with ice.
Pour into the glass without ice using a fine strainer.
Using a sprayer, pour orange juice to add fragrance and decorate with dehydrated lime.
SWEET WATERMELON
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml of Mezcal Viviente Cupreata
- Watermelon small cubes
- 30 ml grapefruit soda
- 30 ml agave honey
- 15 ml lime juice
- Watermelon triangle for decoration
PROCEDURE
Rim the glass with salt or tajín.
Cut the watermelon into small cubes.
Blend the watermelon without water and strain with a sieve.
Add ingredients to a shaker, shake with ice, and pour using a fine strainer.
Decorate with a watermelon triangle.
