Its aroma is fruity, as we recognize tropical fruits that can easily be green banana, fresh guava, and pineapple. We also pick up on mineral scents like river stones or chalk. There are more subtle aromas that come from the distillation, such as tree bark, mesquite wood, and damp soil or clay.
As for the taste, we can confirm its fruity character, as tropical fruits like pineapple or guava stand out, with a slight presence of lime and lemon or grapefruit peel. We can clearly appreciate spicy notes like pepper, ginger, and cardamom, as well as herbal notes like rosemary.
