This agave type is endemic to the state of Michoacán. Its aromatic attributes include mineral tones like river stones, chalk, or salt. There are also hints of grapefruit or banana peel. Similarly, toasted aromas emerge, such as walnut shells, roasted cocoa, smoke, tree bark, and mesquite wood.
As for the taste, we can affirm the mineral character, further confirming the gentle citrus notes like pineapple or guava. In the case of a more intense presence, lime and lemon or grapefruit peel would come forward.
